  • What are your office hours?
    Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm Saturday & Sunday 9am-3pm
  • Are your staff DBS checked?
    Yes, all coaches are DBS as a minimum.
  • Are the classes still on if the weather is bad?
    All classes will go ahead unless there is a severe weather warning or there is thunder/lightning.
  • Are your classes for boys and girls?
    Yes! Our classes are tailored to suit both boys and girls.
  • Can I enrol onto a course after the start date?
    Yes, subject to availability and type of class, you can join part way through the term and the fee will be pro rata.
  • Can I leave my child unaccompanied?
    Yes, If your child is enrolled into a class at one of our club venues and is aged 4 years and over.
  • Can my child bring a friend for the class?
    Yes, as long as you have contacted us and arranged a trial session.
  • Can parents bring siblings to watch?
    Yes, on the provision that siblings are kept clear from the playing area and are accompanied by an adult.
  • When is the season starting?
    The season will be kicking off in September.
  • Do you have teams for all ages?
    Currently no. We only have a team for under 13's at the moment but will be holding events in the summer to scout for more players to create more teams!
  • What do we get for the fee?
    1. Weekly competitive league and cup fixtures 2. Weekly training session for 90 minutes 3. Team kit and tracksuit 4. Discount on other services

  • What do I need to bring?
    1. A bottle of water 2. suitable clothing for training in the park 3. Your own exercise mat (optional)
  • How long are the classes?
    The classes are 1 hour.
  • What if I cant do the exercises?
    Our qualifed trainers will offer variations to different exercises for you or give you something else to try and improve you health.
  • What do the classes involve?
    We focus the first half of our sessions around mobility and posture correcting exercises followed by some boxing and core strengthening using Bands, Battle Ropes, Sandbags etc.
